Very efficient. Had my car towed here since it was overheating. Problem assessed and fixed in 3 hours.

Here is a recommendation for honesty!! I thought I needed work done, and would have happily let these guys work on my car. Turns out, I didn't need it and they told me so. They easily could have socked it to me for $1800-$2000 and I would have been none the wiser. Truly an Honest Mechanic! It's even in their name...

Took my wagon back because the AC quit working after they fixed it and the service engine soon light came on. Susie got me right in and Norm looked at it. They told me is was an electrical problem and not covered under the warranty. Went home and checked it out and Norm was right. It was a blown fuse. Replaced that and the light went out and I had plenty of AC. Good Job.

Asked them to do a pressure check on the cooling system even though it had stopped leaking just to be sure. Scott at the front counter just seemed to get angry and annoyed because it wasn't leaking anymore why do a test. Asked to get rotate my tires rotated and instead of saying yes or we'll get that done for you he yelled across the room I'll make a note to rotate if needed. Didn't receive a call that my car was done so I came in to pick it up and Brian at the counter wasn't that helpful either. Got mad at me for drinking a soda out of the fridge since he was on the phone and I guess you have to pay for the store brand sodas you offer. Instead of calmly telling me what fixes my car needed he just seemed tired and annoyed that I would want to know. So he printed the sheet that had everything they found on it and handed that to me. So I left and drive down the street before realizing my hood wasn't completely latched down. There's oil residue on my steering wheel, gear selector, and my door handle. There's plenty of other shops on this stretch of road so I doubt I'll ever come here again even for their cheap oil changes.

Staff was completely up front regarding costs and services they provided to me. The reason why they did not receive a 5 star rating is that no body can receive either the max or min in terms of ratings, their are only degrees of service overall. However my experience with this location is and has always been extremely favorable.

Very Honest.. as the name says. I have taken my car in the last two times and thinking there was a problem and they HONESTLY fixed a leaky oil filter at no charge and this time just condensation from my catalytic converter when I thought my muffler had rusted through. Thanks!
