I arrived at appointed time and they got my vehicle in right on time and were done in very shot order. They completed the service requested and found a possible problem but just had me keep an eye on it and no pressure to do any fix right now. All the employees were very nice to deal with.

I have been a customer of Honest 1 for over 4 years now and there is no other auto service company that I would choose to deal with. Scott and Brian and the rest of the Honest 1 crew are amazing. They always service my vehicle (Acura MDX) fast and accurately - and ALWAYS explain to me in detail what needs to be done and approximate cost before repairs. They are compassionate, honest, and treat me like family. Thank you !!!

I have always had my oil done by another company, the same one since 1996. However, I had a couple of instances where the radiator cap wasn't tightened and the air cleaner wasn't put back properly. So, I decided to give Honest-1 a shot. It was great, set up the appointment, I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. I had a coupon and the price was much, much better than my old company. Also learned they have a card program that you can buy future oil changes at a reduced cost.
