It took much longer than I was told. I ended up getting to work much later than I had planned.

After ignoring my "oil change due" light on the dashboard for a month, my Pilot finally gave me another nudge with a check engine light. So on saturday afternoon, after a lacrosse game and with only an hour and a half before a birthday party I called the folks at Honest-1 Auto Care. They got me right in, we're swift and knowledgeable. Best of all, they DID NOT try to take advantage of my FEAR of the engine light by recommending a bunch of unnecessary special services! They checked the code, explained what it was, and said I shouldn't need to see them until my next oil change...this time hopefully as soon as the light comes on! THANK YOU HONEST-1

I do have to say that being a first time customer, I’m very impressed with quality, customer service, and the prices are very fair. its been a long time since I’ve seen such a great service. I was treated with respect and was advised on the best move! Thank you guys!

They did what they said they would do, at the price they said they would do it. And did it well. They mentioned additional needs of the car but did not push me to have them fixed.
