Got an oil change here and had a terrific experience. The service was quick (under 30 minutes), people were so friendly and there's a nice clean waiting area with free wifi and coffee while you're waiting. I like that the guys here just seem down to earth and sincere. Never felt like they were trying to pull one over me.

I would recommend this shop to any one, Mike is very informative and explained the situation well. Troy went above and beyond to get the repair done, which was very difficult due to unforeseen circumstances, and charged me the original quoted price, even though it took longer to repair, due to the circumstances that were beyond their control..Very happy with this shop

I recently moved from out of town and have been searching for a mechanic that I feel I can trust. I could not be happier with Pete and Scott. These guys are the real deal. The service was professional, the conversation was great, and they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants their car taken care of with white glove service.

I just got back from picking up my Hyundai at Honest 1. It was due for a pretty extensive preventative tune-up. I've gotten oil changes there as well and I always get the feeling from them that they're treating my car as though it was their own. They even did a detail on my rusty sappy exterior! I'm excited to put a lot more miles on my 11 year old but good as new car. :)

The guys at H1 have always treated me with kindness and respect . They let you know what is wrong with your car without pushing you to repairs you cannot afford. They remember your name and are far from sleezy. I get all my work done at H1 and will forever. They even offer an oil change punch card. Ignore the negative reviews this is the place to go. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I sent my daughter down to get my oil changed. Having then never been there before I was not sure what she would encounter. She reported back that the waiting room was noticeably more modern and clean than their competitors: noting that they had a Keurig so her coffee was fresh in addition to a mini-frig full of soda to choose from (all thought she did not have any) and cozy seating for her wait. It was the day before the Fourth of July so as you can imagine, it was a busy day for the shop. Twenty minutes after she checked in, an employee came up to her an apologized for the extended service time and explained the influx of business due to the holiday crowd. I know I personally appreciate when I am kept informed and not dismissed or forgotten by the business. They did not pressure her to buy an excess number of add-on services which I also appreciate. I feel some automotive services see women ignorant targets. Well done Honest -1! We'll be back.

Thanks so much for your help in my urgent situation. I know a headlight is small in the whole scheme of things, but it was huge to us.

As a woman with absolutely no knowledge about cars, I feel comfortable working with Pete and the gang. I don't feel pressured or intimidated and always feel I've been treated fairly and honestly. I recommend them to my other 'car-challenged' friends and everyone has had a good experience with them. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely the best auto-care center in all of Portland. We had to move from Portland to West Linn recently, but still drive clear up to these guys - even just for an oil change. Pete is the best. Always available with sound advise. Tells us all our options and never pressures us into any repair. We've had some major repairs and the service is unbeatable. It's hard to find an auto shop you have 100% trust in (one where they care about you and your needs and not just making money), but this is the place. We bring both our cars here and we'll never go anywhere else!
