Honest Auto is in a busy location. It was a convenient place to have my oil changed today because I had a few things I needed at Safeway. They have water, lemonade, and soda in a little mini-fridge; a place for quiet folks to read, and nice men to help set up your car or truck services. What frustrates me is the amount of time it can take them to change the oil on my car. It felt like an hour or more. Even though I hate waiting, it's nice to know that they take their jobs seriously, so I keep coming back to them. My car sounds good too.

Funny thing.... 50 days ago I had my brakes flushed here. Yesterday I got an oil change and they tell me I need a flush because there is 2% moisture in my fluid. How does that happen? Guess I'm a dummy at this stuff. Way to be the home of honest mechanics! So did yall F up? Lets see how honest you are.... is the result of my moisture in my brake lines a result of your service or a poor call on your evaluation off my vehicle... and remember your"honest" Lmao
