Had some complications and went back to their shop, lost my cool a little bit and they calmed me down and are now taking care of the problem. I recommend just being honest with them and they will take care of you. Thanks guys and don't mind the negative review. They definitely are backing up their garuntee.

Horrible service. Took them two and a half days to diagnose my truck for emissions, than they replaced a simple part and charged me way to much. Not to mention they didn't even actually diagnose the problem because my emissions light came back on half way home from their shop. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Just went into the Gresham location - was worried sick about how much my fix would cost me - was worried about my suspension and my brakes on my 20+ year old car..... turns out it was a quick flip of a switch and absolutely no cost to me - any other place could have EASILY told me I needed every thing brand new....and I would have believed them. Highly recommend this group of folks at Honest 1 in Gresham! On my way to buy a lottery ticket - its my lucky day!!

I brought my new car into Honest 1 because my uncle goes there and recommended it to me. I've always had issues with oil changes because staff seems to think they can fool me into buying things. I wanted to try Honest 1 because I've heard great things. I was nothing but pleased with the service. They were very busy when I arrived to my appointment but they brought my car right in and finished it in a timely manner. They told me they didn't have any recommendations at the time, as my car was just recently bought and it was newer, I wanted it to be looked over a little bit. I was pleased that they weren't trying to push me to fix things that didn't need fixing. I purchased one of their VIP cards for $62. Great deal! I will be going back.

Honest #1. You guys are . I had a car that I was going to buy and the manager went thru every detail for me and answered every question . It made me feel secure that I was doing everything possible too make the right choice for me . Very respectful and Honest facts thank you !
